Business Development Executive
Experience : 1 to 4 yrs
Location : Ahmedabad
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Understand client challenges and communicate suitable product solutions.
- Handle client queries and objections with patience and professionalism.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal product and technical teams to address client requirements.
- Stay updated about our products, market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Continuously improve sales, communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Business Analyst
Experience : 1 to 4 yrs
Location : Ahmedabad
- Gather and understand business requirements through discussions with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and suggest practical improvements.
- Convert business requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and other project documentation.
- Act as a bridge between clients, business teams, developers, testers, and project managers.
- Clarify requirements and resolve questions throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, product walkthroughs, and project reviews.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating developed features against business requirements.
- Track requirement changes, maintain documentation, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Research business needs, industry trends, and potential solutions to continuously improve products and processes.
